Convenient Location but Serious Cleanliness Issues
I stayed for 1 night in a Standard Room with Two Double Beds. The room was not only unkempt, but I encountered cockroaches, which made my stay quite uncomfortable. It’s clear this place needs a serious overhaul if they want to improve the experience for future guests.

Clean room and friendly staff. Parking situation felt crowded and WiFi was poor on the 3rd floor. Convenient for NYC plans.

Stayed in the King Room for 3 nights. The room was decent, not the cleanest, but it had a comfy bed. The microwave and fridge were super handy. A bit noisy from the highway, but it wasn’t unbearable. The bathroom was okay, could use a deep clean though. Overall, not bad for the price but definitely needed some upkeep.

Had a great time with my friends! We visited the Statue of Liberty and checked out Times Square. The room was comfy, and the bathroom was surprisingly nice. The location was also handy for late-night snacks!
However, the parking situation was weird. there weren't enough spots, and it felt crowded. Also, the WiFi was pretty terrible on the 3rd floor. Definitely plan accordingly!

I had a nice time here where I enjoyed the comfy king bed and the strong shower pressure, which made for a refreshing start to my day. The hotel also had some great relaxation choices like cozy lounging areas and a lovely breakfast spread with delicious bagels. The only downside was that the decor felt a bit dated, but honestly, it didn't take away from the overall experience. 😊

Solo traveler seeking comfort
The room was spacious with a mini-fridge and microwave, perfect for late-night snacks after a long day. The staff was helpful, especially Christine, who gave me great advice on how to get around and recommended a nice bagel shop down the street.
It wasn’t budget-friendly, but for what I got, it was still acceptable.
